Useful Information

Allow 2 -4 hours after a meal before coming to class. A cup of tea, piece of fruit or a light snack is fine an hour or two before practicing.

All mats and equipment are provided so just bring yourself!

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Leggings or shorts are ideal. Dressing in layers is great as you will warm up and cool down.

For HOT yoga most people prefer to wear slightly less than a regular class (it gets really hot!) and choose stretchy fairly fitted clothing as when you sweat the fabric can wick it away and is more comfortable. Please bring your own mat and a towel for hot yoga sessions or you can rent them at reception, please do not use our heavy Manduka mats for hot yoga

Please arrive clean for your practice paying particular attention to your feet and avoid heavy perfumes as these can affect your fellow students.

Shoes should be removed before entering the studio – no shoes in the barefoot studio! There are shoes shelves and hooks to put your belongings in the area outside.

We want you to have as much space in the studio as possible so we ask you to keep clutter to a minimum. You belong in the studio but your belongings don’t!  There are lockers for personal items and plenty of storage for the other stuff!

NO MOBILE PHONES to be brought into the studio please… give yourself a tech break!

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the starting time.
