Body Strong Pilates classes place emphasis on precision, control and technique. It’s demanding, but low impact and always tailored to different levels of ability. Pilates is suitable for everyone whatever their age, fitness levels or individual goals. Classes are kept small to ensure individual attention. You will be taught sequences of exercises to build strength from within, using your deep postural muscles to develop your core strength, generate more sculpted, leaner muscles and improve posture.
