Broken Blokes and Grafters

So, we were asked to create a class predominantly for guys who want to find some flexibility, get more comfortable in their skin and generally sort themselves out!
so here it is…. you don’t have to be broken, a grafter or a bloke to come but this class is aimed to helping you if you are!!!!
We’ll work on balancing the strength in the body working out some tension and loosening up those joints and muscles….dont worry if you have never done any yoga before, or if you have injuries trust us there is always a way….oh and you don’t have to wear leggings either!
