Deep relaxation time! This session is suitable for all, requires no previous experience and is dedicated to helping you let go of the week and start your weekend nourished and released. We will be using different techniques to find a place to let go and go deep deep deep…We might start with some gentle movements to settle the body or some breathing techniques to balance the nervous system, however most of the session will be lying down (it is also possible to do this on a chair if lying down is tricky), with a verbal guide leading the way and allowing you to feel safe and secure, whilst helping to steer the mind from its monkey ways! Guided relaxation has many benefits including relieving aches and pains, reducing stress, sharpening memory and improving sleep.
